Matt Berger

Matt Berger is a Managing Director focused on Originations, Underwriting, & Asset Management. He is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new opportunities and asset managing existing investments.

Since joining RMWC is 2021, Matt has been involved in the origination, underwriting and asset management of over $1.25 billion of commercial mortgage transactions. Prior to joining RMWC, Matt started his career at M&T Bank in 2019 and worked in the commercial real estate group focused on balance sheet lending.

Matt holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin with a minor in Finance.
