Amy O’Leary

Amy O’Leary is Chief of Staff at RMWC, where she focuses on firmwide strategy initiatives, investor relations, capital raising, and operational priorities, including leading AI integration. Her experience gives her a cross-functional perspective that bridges the firm’s lending and capital markets activities.

Amy brings over 20 years of financial services experience across operations, institutional sales, business development, and investor relations. Prior to joining RMWC, she held senior roles at Arcesium, a financial technology firm backed by D.E. Shaw, YvesBlue, an ESG and impact focused financial technology, and SS&C GlobeOp, where she spent eight years as a top-producer focused on fund administration and software solutions across hedge funds, private equity, and institutional asset managers. Earlier in her career, she worked at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University and previously held FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
